Partner Compensation Operations Leader
GE AerospaceProcess Improvement Leader responsible for enhancing Partner compensation processes at GE Aerospace. Collaborating with teams to ensure timely and accurate compensation and compliance with contractual requirements.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive efficiency and quality in the payment and recovery of compensation to Strategic Partners.
- Design, implement, and evaluate end-to-end Partner compensation processes and systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments and recoveries.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Strategic Partners to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
- Validate accuracy of RRSP compensation for timely payments.
- Maintain financial and inventory reporting transparency to RRSPs.
- Address disputes related to compensation while ensuring fairness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Services & Project Management.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with GE operating systems such as Cost Automation, SAP and AMPs is preferred.
