About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product strategy and the Legal Technology roadmap
- Lead cross-functional execution (strategy-to-delivery)
- Run structured discovery and VOC
- Build and run the delivery operating system
- Lead prioritization across intake, enhancements, incidents, remediation, and strategic work
- Define product and platform requirements and influence solution design
- Partner with architects and security/privacy leaders
- Align Legal leadership and technology stakeholders
- Define KPIs and dashboards
- Evaluate tools, lead implementation planning, manage vendor performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 6 years of professional experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management
- Significant experience in technical product management for enterprise platforms, workflow tools, or regulated domains
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional delivery
- Strong requirements writing skills; comfortable partnering with engineers/architects on solution design
- Experience operating in environments with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
