About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, analysis, and evaluation of inlet and exhaust systems projects
  • Develop and execute module-level design strategies, including managing product and system requirements flowdown
  • Contribute to innovation and technical advancements for product introduction, quality, performance, cost improvements, and problem resolution
  • Provide leadership during design reviews and collaborate across teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams with moderate resource requirements
  • Present technical data to internal and external customers
  • Identify and solve technical problems, recommend best practices, and develop action plans
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inlet and exhaust systems design, with demonstrated contributions to module-level activities
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
  • Advanced degree in engineering from an accredited university or college (desired)
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and support module-level initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing and resolving technical challenges
  • Experience with advanced manufacturing techniques, including additive manufacturing and component manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members, fostering technical growth and leadership development
