About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Defining strategy and leading end-to-end architecture, design governance, and delivery for Oracle WMS inbound distribution processes
Partner closely with Product Management to translate vision into clear requirements
Align stakeholders (Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, Developers, Operations, IT, and vendors)
Guide delivery by balancing new features, defect resolution, and technical debt
Establish scalable, supportable solution patterns and standards across the full lifecycle
Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas
Owns the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases
Provide technical leadership to TPMs across organization
Develop and execute test plans, conduct CRP, SIT and UAT
Independently manage new WMS site implementation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in implementing WMS functionalities
8+ years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities such as Oracle Shipping, Wave Planning, Pick-pack-and-ship, Load Planning, Shipping documentation, Replenishment, Product Receiving (PO/IB Shipments), Putaway, Slotting, Cross docking, Labeling etc.
Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities
Must be fluent in English.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
