Key responsibilities & impact

Define strategy and lead end-to-end architecture, design governance, and delivery for Oracle WMS inbound distribution processes.
Partner closely with Product Management to translate vision into clear requirements.
Align stakeholders and guide delivery by balancing new features, defect resolution, and technical debt.
Establish scalable, supportable solution patterns and standards across the full lifecycle from discovery and design through build, integration, testing, cutover, hyper care, and steady-state support.
Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge to gain a competitive edge.
Mentors junior team members and provides technical leadership to TPMs across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in implementing WMS functionalities.
8+ years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities such as Oracle Shipping, reservations, allocations, Shipping documentation, Replenishment, Product Receiving (PO/IB Shipments), fulfillment, allocations, Cross docking, Labeling etc.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
