About the role
- Partner with our Total Rewards, People Operations, and HR teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver a Total Rewards and People Operations communications plan
- Lead the Total Rewards and People Operations communications team
- Develop effective ways to increase awareness and understanding of employee benefits and programs offered
- Recommend and plan communications strategies, programs, or activities that address specific business issues or employee needs
- Analyze and design an improved communications strategy to recommend new channels, methods and ideas
- Assist in the design, writing and editing of materials in various media
- Provide executive communications support to GE Aerospace’s Total Rewards Leader
- Implement processes that drive long-term planning, high-quality content gathering and rigorous execution
- Work in collaboration with the entire communications team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications
- Prior experience in Total Rewards communications in a large global setting and/or with a large multi-national Corporation preferred
