About the role

  • Develop long-range commercial forecasts and translate them into actionable business insights
  • Lead Regional Engines & Services (RES) and broader market demand forecasting
  • Own RES fleet, utilization, and shop visit forecast analysis
  • Assess disruptive technologies and their implications for engine and services demand
  • Develop and maintain investor-focused fleet views
  • Ensure alignment across key forecasting processes
  • Analyze key trends in the commercial aviation industry
  • Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams
  • Drive innovation in forecasting models and methodologies
  • Prepare and present results to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay informed of industry trends and represent GE Aerospace at conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 8 years of full-time relevant work experience, preferably in Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or Engineering based roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets
  • Proficiency in translating data into visualizations and actionable insights
  • Proven ability to lead teams, including analysts and contractors
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with FLIGHT DECK principles and tools such as VSA, Action Planning, Problem Solving, and Kaizen methodologies
