About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop long-range commercial forecasts and translate them into actionable business insights
Lead Regional Engines & Services (RES) and broader market demand forecasting
Own RES fleet, utilization, and shop visit forecast analysis
Assess disruptive technologies and their implications for engine and services demand
Develop and maintain investor-focused fleet views
Ensure alignment across key forecasting processes
Analyze key trends in the commercial aviation industry
Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams
Drive innovation in forecasting models and methodologies
Prepare and present results to senior leadership and stakeholders
Stay informed of industry trends and represent GE Aerospace at conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 8 years of full-time relevant work experience, preferably in Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or Engineering based roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets
Proficiency in translating data into visualizations and actionable insights
Proven ability to lead teams, including analysts and contractors
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with FLIGHT DECK principles and tools such as VSA, Action Planning, Problem Solving, and Kaizen methodologies
