About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Data Science and AI and CSCx DT leaders
- Enable the AI operating model, helping define and operationalize roles, skills, governance, and ways of working for AI and data
- Bring an external lens on AI, data, and commercial digital talent markets and workforce trends
- Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for critical data science, AI, and commercial digital roles
- Coach senior and people leaders to effectively lead highly technical and cross-functional teams
- Partner with Talent and Learning to shape development pathways for AI, data, and commercial digital talent
- Support organization design and workforce planning to scale AI products
- Lead and support change initiatives as AI-driven tools and processes are introduced across functions
- Embed FLIGHT DECK/lean practices into leadership routines and people processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR or related experience, including substantial HR Business Partner experience
- HRBP experience in aerospace, commercial manufacturing, technology, data/AI, or other complex, global, and/or regulated environments
- Proven ability to understand and influence functional strategy
- Experience supporting technology, product, or data/AI teams, or strong demonstrated interest in AI, analytics, and digital transformation
- Strong track record in leadership coaching, succession planning, and building pipelines for critical technical and commercial roles
- Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and leading or supporting transformation in fast-evolving areas
- Advanced degree in HR, Industrial/Labor Relations, Business, or related field, and/or HR certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
