About the role
- Plan and perform assigned engineering tasks within SQDC framework
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and set goals for each rotation
- Complete technical training with mentorship from technical leaders
- Demonstrate understanding of engineering fundamentals to solve real-world problems
- Identify and share best practices regarding analyses, techniques, and methodologies
- Incorporate LEAN principles into standard work
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2027
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Basic understanding of engineering and/or manufacturing fundamentals
- Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills
