About the role
- Own the data architecture for the central compliance function
- Develop and maintain data models, entity-relationship diagrams, data flow diagrams, and data lineage maps
- Establish and maintain core data documentation, including a data dictionary, business glossary, and metadata repository
- Optimize the use of data across systems for analytics and reporting
- Identify data quality issues and root causes across systems
- Define and drive data quality improvement plans
- Continually evaluate compliance processes, systems, and tools
- Oversee the functional implementation of new compliance systems
- Expand self-service reporting capabilities across Central Compliance
- Manage the Central Compliance DT project pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Management, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years in data management, digital product management, or business systems in a regulated or risk/compliance environment preferred
- Experience with data modeling, data quality tools/processes, reporting/BI platforms, and metadata management
- Familiarity with lean/continuous improvement and project management methodologies
