  • Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies
  • Achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction
  • Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level
  • May also include management of regional & business teams
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years sourcing experience + minimum of 3 years supplier management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Must meet the status of a U.S. Person (U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, asylee or refugee status)
