Output completed engines from the Cost Management System (CMS) to the product line ledgers
Monitor and report on output part cost variance drivers
Actively manage and review engine output cost at the part and engine level to ensure accuracy and completeness
Reconcile CMS inventory subledger output cost to engine trend report
Prepare and review journal entries ensuring compliance with GE Aerospace accounting policies & US GAAP
Support engine modernization ERP efforts
Support CMS data quality partners with annual physical inventory and book to physical reconciliation
Drive standard work and simplification efforts
Identify areas for improving processes and internal controls
Prepare audit support documentation and lead discussions with internal and external auditors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Controllership Operations
Good working knowledge of General Ledger and Finance Data Lake
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Ability to coordinate several priorities and projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proficient with Excel, Alteryx and Spotfire
Proven analytical and organizational ability
