Own end‑to‑end operations of data and insights applications and platforms supporting Avionics and Power
Manage environments (dev, test, stage, prod) and deployments for analytics workloads
Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and reliability of applications
Establish and maintain runbooks, standard work, and operation procedures for core applications and services
Lead incident response and problem management
Operationalize data pipelines, data products, and analytics solutions supporting defense programs
Ensure data operations quality including data refresh reliability, job orchestration, error handling, and data validation checks
Collaborate with product managers and solution owners

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
4+ years of experience in application operations, site reliability engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
Working knowledge of BI/analytics tools (for example, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Demonstrated experience operating cloud‑hosted applications and services
Experience with PL/SQL, AWS Redshift procedures
Strong hands‑on experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools and building dashboards for operational health
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment frameworks
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
