About the role
- Operate within the Digital Technology organization and has end-to-end responsibility for digital programs in the Finance domain.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance Finance systems and processes.
- Manage a team of employees and managed service resources.
- Work in close partnership with Business Stakeholders, the Finance function, and Digital Technology.
- Influence senior executives and key stakeholders, building strong partnerships to define and align technology strategies and program goals with business objectives.
- Act as the primary Digital point of contact for Finance stakeholders, ensuring that digital solutions and tools align with business strategy, processes, KPIs, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
- Own the planning and management of the Digital Technology budget, coordinating with DT budget owners and Finance references and monitoring spending versus plan.
- Govern strategic DT vendor relationships through effective portfolio oversight, benchmarking, and oversee the acquisition process for DT services, hardware, and software in collaboration with Sourcing.
- Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics; establishing governance structures; and setting milestones and key performance indicators.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Finance systems, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and address program status, risks, and dependencies through contingency plans and timely, transparent communication on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Map Finance processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead process improvement and transformation initiatives leveraging digital tools, emerging technologies, data analytics, and lean/continuous improvement practices.
- Provide support to the HR team at Avio Aero on HR-related digital processes, tools, and locally specific requirements, ensuring consistency with broader DT standards while addressing local needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Solid experience in program management, with a focus on finance & HR systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and systems, including ERP/SAP (and/or Oracle) platforms, planning tools (SAP Analytic Cloud, Clarity) and data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of setting targets, planning and executing complex programs, managing competing priorities, and delivering on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
- Strong governance, metrics, and reporting capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience influencing senior executives and leading across a complex, global matrix organization.
- Strong business analysis and analytical skills, with the ability to decompose complex problems, predict issues, and convert them into business opportunities or reduced risk.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent: identifying, leading, and embedding change programs that impact critical operations and strategic direction.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Fluent English
