About the role

Conducts component and product integration for the Aero derivative LM6000 product line.
Manages product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down.
Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing.
Responsible for defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams.
Manages interface between components and cross functional execution organizations.
Works closely with PSE, Design, Repair, Manufacturing , Projects, supply chain and the holistic systems organizations to meet the demands of our customer.
Manage a small to medium team of lead and senior professionals.

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
At least 10 years working in the gas turbine industry specifically aligned to turbomachinery.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Experience working with global team members and inclusively driving towards sustainable solutions applying the GE Aerospace Flight Deck operations approach.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
