About the role

  • This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to flex your engineering muscles, work with cutting-edge technologies, and maybe even feel like a rocket scientist (minus the rockets).\n
  • If you have 8-10 years of design experience in electronic design, custom logic design, or software development, we’re ready to welcome you aboard!\n
  • You’ll lead the charge in developing groundbreaking electronic products that push the boundaries of aerospace technology.\n

  • You’ll collaborate with a team of brilliant minds who share your passion for engineering and problem-solving.\n
  • You’ll enjoy the perks of living in Grand Rapids, MI—a city with great food, outdoor adventures, and a cost of living that won’t make you cry—or Clearwater, FL, where you can trade snow boots for flip-flops and enjoy sunsets that look like they belong in a postcard.\n
  • What You’ll Be Doing: Leading bids, proposals, and product concepts for new electronic products.\n
  • Driving strategic technology planning and multi-generational product development.\n
  • Designing and implementing concept solutions for Independent Research and Development (IRAD) projects.\n
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring to your team.\n
  • Tackling hands-on design challenges and delivering high-quality solutions.
