Responsible for creating a clear strategic direction for development needs and convey that vision to DevOps team
Direct the team that manages an IFS ERP environment with clear requirements
Manage government contract commitments and oversee financials
Collaborate with GE Aerospace Program Managers to integrate capabilities into sustainment contracts
Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) excellence in product development
Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) requirements and obtain product feedback
Own the release and sprint backlogs
Continuously prioritize backlog items based on customer needs and problem validation
Engage frequently with development team to facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance, and validation
Ensure compliance with timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements of government contracts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management
Experience working in an Agile environment, with familiarity in Flow/Pull principles
Knowledge on technical topics such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
Familiarity with managing an ERP solution, specifically IFS
Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts using FLIGHTDECK
Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single perspective to the DevOps team
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
