About the role

  • Responsible for managing the business cycles: current month, current quarter, current year, and 10 year plan for LME Engineering organization in Defense Engines
  • Explain KPIs measuring the performance in all areas of spending
  • Analyze the variance to forecasts and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation
  • Coordinate and communicate forecasts to team/management
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of Engineering charging practices
  • Facilitate/generate customer financial reporting per contract requirements
  • Respond to customer financial questions/needs
  • Use Lean principles to streamline processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years of finance/accounting experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • EVM experience
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
