About the role
- Responsible for managing the business cycles: current month, current quarter, current year, and 10 year plan for LME Engineering organization in Defense Engines
- Explain KPIs measuring the performance in all areas of spending
- Analyze the variance to forecasts and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation
- Coordinate and communicate forecasts to team/management
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of Engineering charging practices
- Facilitate/generate customer financial reporting per contract requirements
- Respond to customer financial questions/needs
- Use Lean principles to streamline processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of finance/accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- EVM experience
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
