About the role
- Join our dynamic Operations and Innovation team and support ongoing strategic initiatives and multiple Wellness programs for LTC policyholders.
- Research, analyze, and synthesize information to quantify business opportunities.
- Develop/support project plans and partner with internal and external business partners.
- Monitor KPIs for established Wellness programs.
- Summarize and present analysis results and program updates for management.
- Establish strong partnerships with key business area leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a focus on analytics such as finance, accounting, or mathematics
- 3+ years' work experience, ideally in business strategy, project management, consulting, operations, or communications
- Skilled in crafting and delivering simple and effective communications to keep management informed and to obtain support on any recommendations
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- A deep interest in problem-solving, and exceptional attention to detail
