About the role
- Support project and technical leadership across the Avionics and Electric Power organizations
- Gather, analyze, and publish metrics and dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis
- Track actions, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues in a timely manner
- Lead or contribute to lean/process improvement initiatives
- Serve as point of contact for access to CEO tools
- Assist with Process Governance Board meetings
- Develop clear and concise technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Operations or Engineering Technology roles
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Tables);
- Proficiency in using MIRO, MS Excel, and SharePoint to apply FLIGHT DECK practices
- Familiarity with regulated engineering development processes
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Established project management skills
