About the role

  • Support project and technical leadership across the Avionics and Electric Power organizations
  • Gather, analyze, and publish metrics and dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Track actions, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues in a timely manner
  • Lead or contribute to lean/process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as point of contact for access to CEO tools
  • Assist with Process Governance Board meetings
  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Operations or Engineering Technology roles
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Tables);
  • Proficiency in using MIRO, MS Excel, and SharePoint to apply FLIGHT DECK practices
  • Familiarity with regulated engineering development processes
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Established project management skills
