About the role

  • Lead the operations for Oracle ERP instances, managing a talented and diverse team.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, and Oracle Corp to ensure smooth execution and operations.
  • Support various tools integrated to ERP and work on improving system performance and availability.
  • Assess current capabilities, develop strategies for improvement, and enhance overall system performance.
  • Proactively use data to drive decisions, manage risk, and determine courses of action.
  • Manage Oracle EBS environments through a team of indirect resources.
  • Act as Oracle EBS subject matter expert and advise on programs impacts.
  • Lead team through the completion of all phases of the projects.
  • Create a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation through continuous customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the technology space with emphasis on Oracle ERP Technical Support or Information technology OR Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in the technology space with emphasis on Oracle ERP Technical Support or Application Support
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Oracle applications experience in on premise and cloud solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Good understand Oracle Fusion technology
  • Interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities.
