About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to build strong relationships.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Proactively source top talent via job boards, social media, and networks.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Coordinate large-scale recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress and metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
  • Demonstrable expertise in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Fluent in English and Czech.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
