About the role
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to build strong relationships.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Proactively source top talent via job boards, social media, and networks.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Coordinate large-scale recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress and metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
- Demonstrable expertise in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Fluent in English and Czech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
