About the role

  • Defines and prioritizes AI use cases based on business needs
  • Collaborates with various departments to understand their challenges
  • Develops a roadmap for AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value
  • Provides training and resources to ensure a comprehensive understanding of AI concepts, tools, and best practices
  • Facilitates adoption of AI-enabled solutions
  • Monitors the performance and impact of AI initiatives
  • Oversees data architecture, engineering, platforms, and governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in IT leadership roles
  • At least 5 years of experience leading global teams
  • Proven expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-level data management / AI solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
