About the role
- Deliver compliant, compelling, and timely proposals in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Product/Services Managers, Pricing, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain
- Manage proposals under FAR Part 15, FAR Part 12, and Commercial regulations
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate, and present progress to internal and external customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering (or interfacing with engineering on technical programs), manufacturing, and program management roles
- Significant experience with U.S. Government contracting/proposals and associated regulatory requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
