About the role
- Support and maintain critical applications and related data processing platforms and services
- Own and be accountable for application and platform SLA's against operational commitments
- Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms
- Manage a vendor support team of technical and functional experts
- Interact directly with other cross-functional support teams for timely resolution of production application issues
- Proactively identifies and removes obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
- Create a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation
- Ensure conformance to Operations support standards / practices
- Responsible for internal IT processes like Change Control, patch application testing, coordination and communication for outages
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required, with no sponsorship for employment visas
