About the role

  • Collaborate with the rest of the organization to understand interconnections and identify gaps in the processes.
  • Create and own integrated action plans to exceed key performance targets and systematically close capacity and readiness gaps.
  • Translate data and assessments into a clear, accountable roadmap for the organization.
  • Use Lean methodology to develop, implement, and refine standard work.
  • Ensure compliance with documented work instructions, sequence, and timing to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
  • Conduct regular process reviews to assess performance and adherence to standard work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, inventory management or related experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, inventory management or related experience.
  • Knowledge & experience with Lean processes & tools.
