About the role
- Develop and implement advanced statistical risk analytics to forecast supply risks at both engine and component levels
- Build predictive models and algorithms to identify vulnerabilities and optimize decision-making
- Design and optimize processes for spares demand and supply alignment
- Ensure risk visibility and closure through balancing and collaboration with product lines and supply chain teams
- Drive adherence and mature to SIOP growth policies
- Lead initiatives such as long-range forecasting (LRF) analysis, buffer stock alignment, and process improvements
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to optimize inventory and support long-term resource planning
- Work across product lines and supply chain teams to drive consensus and strategic alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, risk management, or related roles
- Proficiency in statistical tools, cloud-based platforms, and supply chain software (e.g., APS, ATLAS)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic alignment
- Leadership ability to proactively connect diverse groups and drive collaboration and consensus building
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing, SIOP, planning, and materials management processes and policies (preferred)
- Experience in buffer stock management and long-range forecasting (LRF) processes (preferred)
- APICS CPIM Certification (preferred)
- Innovative problem-solving skills
