• Determine and minimize the company's state and local tax liability while complying with tax laws
• Report to the State and Local Tax Leader and interact with the broader tax organization
• Complete the quarterly and annual state income tax provisions and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting
• Assist with tax controversy by gathering information for issue resolutions
• Prepare state and tax returns, forms, and reporting of operations
• Prepare state tax estimates on a quarterly basis
