About the role
- Responsible for responding to employee and HR service ticket requests
- Direct entry and processing of transactions into HR systems
- Management of escalations and questions
- Keep current with internal and external updates and changes
- Utilize Flight Deck principals to drive operational technology/process improvements
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement
- Develop functional knowledge and skills in GE HR practices and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least four years of relevant experience)
- 2+ years' work experience within the HR function
- Demonstrated ability to organize and execute small projects
- Previous experience in Workday Organizational data management
- Previous experience in Workday Pay Related data elements
- Previous experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, or Familiarity with Workday a plus
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsiveness
- Experience with Case Management / Ticketing system frameworks
