About the role

  • Responsible for operating in accordance with domain leaders, as the Proficy product manager, for the successful oversight and maintenance of these products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and communicate strategic direction and descriptive requirements in preparation for separation and transition to GCCH.
  • Partner with teams to ensure delivery of documentation, compliance, and necessary services for future state environment.
  • Post-transition: strategic oversight, approved feature delivery, documentation, communication, minimize defects, reduce technical debt.
  • Accountable for end-to-end lifecycle of planning ecosystems supporting GE Aerospace component manufacturing.
  • Maintain operational stability, address tech debt, minimize defects for legacy data products.
  • Partner with business, cyber and technical teams to support & maintain compliance strategies such as CMMC, EVM, SOX, DFARS.
  • Analyze and plan for impact of outages, infrastructure and ecosystem changes, and business process changes.
  • Ensure successful delivery of product/environment changes supporting separation and compliance projects.
  • Interact with customers/stakeholders for VOC requirements-gathering and feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships across stakeholders to improve business processes.
  • Define, implement, and test application configuration; write test scripts, cut over plans, deployment documentation.
  • Execute functional, system integration, and support UAT.
  • Interact with vendors and developers to resolve defects or request enhancements.
  • Present operational status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Advocate on behalf of users and stakeholders in digital technology program plans.
  • Go to Gemba to understand shop floor product, processes, and personas.
  • Prioritize backlog to support operational stability, cybersecurity, separation, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.

Requirements

  • Expected minimum experience of 10 years demonstrated competency with Proficy.
  • Proven experience using established project management methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and organize teams

  • Must be U.S. person or able to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information
