About the role
- Set the vision and drive the strategy for on-prem hosting operations
- Lead a global team managing operational services for hosting infrastructure
- Communicate plans to business stakeholders
- Manage capacity, velocity, and backlog across service providers and technologists
- Establish and foster a positive and respectful work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience or 11 years with an Associate's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure services and hosting technologies
- Experience working in an ITIL environment (ITIL3 and/or ITIL4 foundation certified)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
