About the role
- Drive Product Quality Engineering (PQE) for assigned suppliers within the Controls and Accessories Part Family Team
- Select suppliers through qualification processes
- Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards
- Own product quality activities including eCAV and SPS ensuring compliance while driving improvement plans
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
- Explain information and develop skills to bring team members to consensus
Requirements
- Advanced experience in Sourcing & Supplier Quality Engineering for roles outside of the USA
- Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- For roles in USA, Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience
