Responsible for tracking, coordination & reporting of Contracts' KPI for existing Orders, including related Risks & Opportunities (R&Os).
Establish strong working relationships with Contracts' colleagues to obtain real-time status updates on accrued vs target orders.
Assist with analyzing, processing, and inputting contract-related data into the Contracts Management system(s).
Ensure data integrity and compliance while supporting the broader contract management team with timely processing and electronically filing of contract-related documents.
Support Contracts Operations Digital Strategy initiatives (process streamlining, data aggregation/visualization, automated reporting, SharePoint site management, etc).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of two years proven experience in data entry, contract processing, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, contract management systems).
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or similar industries.
