Manage Delivery, Demand translation and Production readiness, taking into consideration efficient inventory management for Work-in-Process (WIP) and Capacity constraints
Define, manage, and improve sourcing strategies at part family and supplier level
Manage source changes to new suppliers, including multi-year and multi-site engagements
Collaborate with external S&OP, forecasting and product line teams to highlight and resolve constraints
Analyze capability and total capacity of the production areas defined
Manage external WIP
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of Sourcing & Sourcing Management Supervision experience
