About the role
- Manage Delivery, Demand translation and Production readiness, taking into consideration efficient inventory management for Work-in-Process (WIP) and Capacity constraints
- Define, manage, and improve sourcing strategies at part family and supplier level
- Manage source changes to new suppliers, including multi-year and multi-site engagements
- Collaborate with external S&OP, forecasting and product line teams to highlight and resolve constraints
- Analyze capability and total capacity of the production areas defined
- Manage external WIP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of Sourcing & Sourcing Management Supervision experience
