About the role

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for a global organization shaping the future of its industry
  • Establish strong partnership with key business and HR Leaders across multiple business segments and P&Ls
  • Design and implement a lean, cost-effective Talent Acquisition organizational structure
  • Inspire, develop, and retain exceptional leaders to maintain a high-performing team
  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy supporting Operations & Services functions
  • Partner cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet business recruiting goals
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to guide hiring strategies
  • Drive innovative talent sourcing strategies to build a global talent pipeline
  • Coach and support Talent Acquisition teams on lean operating principles and methodologies
  • Utilize data analytics to identify gaps and implement countermeasures for hiring success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruitment expertise and leadership experience
  • Extensive recruiting domain expertise and leadership experience
  • Proven ability to build trust and drive strong relationships across diverse organizations
  • Track record of driving results and ensuring accountability and performance across teams
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with C-Suite executives and present data clearly
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change and negotiate effectively
  • Global project/program management experience in complex organizational structures
  • Willingness to travel as needed
