About the role
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for a global organization shaping the future of its industry
- Establish strong partnership with key business and HR Leaders across multiple business segments and P&Ls
- Design and implement a lean, cost-effective Talent Acquisition organizational structure
- Inspire, develop, and retain exceptional leaders to maintain a high-performing team
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy supporting Operations & Services functions
- Partner cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet business recruiting goals
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to guide hiring strategies
- Drive innovative talent sourcing strategies to build a global talent pipeline
- Coach and support Talent Acquisition teams on lean operating principles and methodologies
- Utilize data analytics to identify gaps and implement countermeasures for hiring success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruitment expertise and leadership experience
- Extensive recruiting domain expertise and leadership experience
- Proven ability to build trust and drive strong relationships across diverse organizations
- Track record of driving results and ensuring accountability and performance across teams
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with C-Suite executives and present data clearly
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to influence change and negotiate effectively
- Global project/program management experience in complex organizational structures
- Willingness to travel as needed
