About the role
- Own iterating on system architectures, requirements, and preliminary designs for engine and aircraft electrical power systems
- Assess, integrate, and provide feedback on customer requirements
- Utilize and direct the usage of system models across a diversity of modeling platforms
- Own effective operating rhythms to coordinate a diverse team
- Ensure a viable technology maturation plan is in place to support electrical power systems
- Drive collaboration and continuity across the Engine Systems team
- Develop and maintain a strong network with experts across GE Aerospace
- Present results to internal and external customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of electrical power systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
