About the role
- Establish strong partnership with key business and HR Leaders across multiple business segments and P&Ls
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the team
- Design and implement a lean, cost-effective Talent Acquisition organizational structure that delivers strategic results
- Inspire, develop, and retain exceptional leaders to maintain a high-performing, world-class team
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy designed to meet current and future needs of the business
- Partner cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet business recruiting goals
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, guiding them on hiring strategies, market trends, and workforce planning
- Drive innovative talent sourcing strategies to build a robust global talent pipeline
- Coach and support Talent Acquisition teams on lean operating principles and methodologies
- Facilitate Talent Acquisition operating cadence for technology function
- Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, analyze trends, and implement countermeasures for hiring success
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across regions
- Leverage industry best practices and technical recruiting expertise to continually improve the global recruitment strategy
- Align to global recruitment standards, drive simplification, and optimize technology to enhance delivery and stakeholder experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruitment expertise and leadership experience
- Extensive recruiting domain expertise and leadership experience
- Proven ability to build trust and drive strong relationships across diverse organizations
- Track record of driving results and ensuring accountability and performance across teams
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with C-Suite executives and present data clearly
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to influence change and negotiate effectively
- Global project/program management experience in complex organizational structures
- Willingness to travel as needed
