Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and within departments according to production schedules
Plan and schedule material/production needs
Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
Optimize inventory and process improvements
Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years planning, materials experience or related supply chain experience)
Minimum of 5 years planning, materials or related supply chain experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
