About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as an escalation point for complex HRIS incidents and defects
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, and Absence modules
Design and maintain complex Oracle HCM configurations
Support and configure Oracle Compensation module
Support and maintain Oracle Redwood extensions and UI customizations using Visual Builder Studio
Develop and support reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher
Support quarterly Oracle releases and regression testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
Advanced expertise in Fast Formula development (expert level required)
Strong experience with Oracle HCM architecture
Experience supporting Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
Working knowledge of Git-based version control
Exposure to or experience with Oracle AI capabilities / AI Agents
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production and integration issues
