Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee production operations for studio and field shoots
Manage logistics, crew staffing, equipment operations, and scheduling
Partner with Producers during pre-production to identify production needs
Develop production plans and ensure logistical requirements are secured
Source, coordinate, and book freelance crew and vendors
Manage scheduling and staffing for productions
Create, update, and distribute detailed production schedules and call sheets
Maintain communication with departments regarding logistics and timelines
Track crew availability and efficiently allocate production resources
Oversee in-house gear room and production inventory
Ensure all production equipment is operational and organized
Support lighting setup, camera operation, and audio recording
Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots
Process and track freelancer invoices, production expenses, and vendor payments
Maintain accurate production records and operational paperwork

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of production management experience in digital media, broadcast, commercial, branded content, or studio production environments
Strong understanding of production workflows from pre-production through post
Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and studio operations
Experience managing freelance crews, vendors, and production logistics
Proficiency with production scheduling, call sheet creation, and crew coordination
Ability to lift and transport production equipment for field shoots
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously in fast-paced environments
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Familiarity with modern production equipment including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, wireless audio systems, lighting packages, and grip equipment preferred
