About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct user research to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Translate user insights into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop feasible product solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming and design sessions.
  • Create and prioritize product backlog items, such as user stories and bugs.
  • Maintain a clear, transparent, and accessible backlog for all stakeholders.
  • Act as the main interface with the scrum team, guiding them on product backlog items.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and provide necessary clarifications.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of your assigned product areas.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain essential product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and clearly communicates product vision and requirements.
  • Organize and conduct UAT sessions, gathering and integrating user feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comfortability with low/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar) ITIL platform.
  • Familiarity with REST API protocols.
  • Familiarity with boomi (or similar) integration platform as a service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Product Ownership experience (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Must be extremely comfortable using and troubleshooting intricate software.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively about complex problems.
  • A proactive and positive attitude in addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Sincere curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead without authority.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies.
  • Ability to create world-class requirements documentation (agile stories, PRDs, etc.)
  • Natural empathy for customers and commitment to discovering and solving their problems.
  • Ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions.
  • Competence in identifying key metrics and interpreting trends and results.
