💰 $112,500 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage all aspects of planning and executing full-scale productions for LIVE remote events and studio shows
  • Serve as a key resource for all production teams in studio and on remote
  • Organize and coordinate with host venues and broadcasters
  • Supervise and coordinate staff requirements for remote productions
  • Oversee the acquisition and distribution of various production elements
  • Partner with Travel and Finance teams to coordinate hotel needs
  • Organize and manage credentials, venue access, parking, catering, and crew scheduling
  • Plan and coordinate rental equipment tracking, logistics, and shipping
  • Develop and ensure quality control of all production books
  • Collaborate closely with the team to create daily crew call times and schedules

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in production management, or a related role, within the sports or entertainment production industry
  • Domestic and International travel required
  • Willingness to work 50+ hours/week on a flexible schedule that includes day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
  • Enthusiasm for managing hands-on projects
  • Proven and strong ability to multi-task, adapt to fast-paced environment and manage several productions start-to-finish
