Coordinate and ready material from suppliers for networks Comet, Charge, ROAR, and The Nest
Perform compliance checks on acquisitions for Growth Networks
Screen upcoming films or series to confirm compliance reports from editing team
Update compliance reports with additional edits based on severity of content
Complete screenings and compliance in a timely manner to ensure content is edited in time for air
Create entries for film/TV properties including entering metadata from distributors/Gracenote (titles, production year, production company, duration, episode titles and descriptions, ratings)
Enter and update all contract data for film/TV acquisitions
Create and maintain SASO ID/House numbers used by Traffic & Master Control
Ensure all properties are accurate and adjust any discrepancies that arise
Collaborate with the scheduling team to make sure content is formatted and ready for its available rights windows
Manage ingesting and screening of content and collaborate with internal teams to prepare content for air
Requirements
Heavy data entry experience
Must be extremely detail oriented
Must be comfortable viewing/being exposed to potentially objectionable materials (movie scenes with nudity, swearing, drugs, violence, rape, adult situations) for S&P review
Prior entertainment experience is a strong plus but not necessary
Prior experience with/exposure to contracts is strongly desired
Experience with Mediagenix or other scheduling systems (desired)
Experience with Rightsline or other rights management systems (desired)
Experience with video editing/understanding of time code and related concepts (desired)
Understanding of programming & post-production practices
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a broadcast television environment
