About the role
- Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
- Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
- Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Counselor Education OR Clinical or Counseling Psychology OR Marriage and Family Therapy OR Behavioral or Mental Health
- Current credentials as Licensed Independent Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Independent Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
- 2 or more years of clinical/and or experience in Counselor Education OR Master’s in the above areas with AND 5 years work experience as an Independent Licensed Counselor
