• Analyzing network traffic, diverting, assessing, filtering, and redesigning solutions tailored to meet specific client needs, while provisioning customers on DDoS tooling.
• Responding promptly and effectively to DDoS-related incidents impacting production network services in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Proactively monitoring traffic patterns and fine-tuning mitigation thresholds to enhance protection measures.
• Collaborating in the design and implementation of strategies and architectures that strengthen Gcore's secure cyber infrastructure.
• Providing 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis, including weekends and holidays.
• Partnering with cross-functional operations and engineering teams to maintain and advance a secure network environment.

Network Engineer – DDoS Protection

DevOps Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure for AI inference workloads, including GPU scheduling, model deployment pipelines, and data access patterns in on-prem environments
• Build and manage monitoring and observability tools for AI inference platforms, including dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for model health and system performance
• Collaborate with ML engineers and platform teams to design system architecture for AI workloads, integrate inference runtimes, and test performance at scale

DevOps Engineer, Cloud AIaaS

Support Engineer

• Act as the 3rd-level escalation point for complex technical issues related to CDN and Edge Network products.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues involving caching, DNS, routing, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and web security.
• Take ownership of high-severity incidents (P1/P2) and drive resolution in collaboration with Engineering, Network, and Operations teams.
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to preventive measures to reduce incident recurrence.
• Analyze traffic patterns, cache efficiency, and node performance to optimize content delivery.
• Support production changes, maintenance windows, and software upgrades.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 Support Engineers.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Principal Support Engineer, L3, Edge Network

• Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues related to Cloud infrastructure and services
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve advanced incidents involving compute, storage, networking, and virtualization
• Analyze logs, metrics, and configurations to identify root causes and implement effective fixes
• Own high-severity incidents and coordinate resolution with Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Operations teams
• Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action plans
• Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of production Cloud environments
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes
• Mentor and support L1 and L2 Support Engineers
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation

• Research & Requirements Discovery: Conduct deep stakeholder research across product teams, support, engineering, security, and customers to identify actual IAM needs and pain points
• Own the IAM Product Strategy: Own the vision and roadmap for Gcore's IAM platform, balancing security, usability, scalability, and time-to-value
• Implementation & Delivery: Drive implementation of enterprise-level features like advanced access control systems, audit logging, SSO/SAML integration, and compliance requirements
• Platform-Wide Integration: Champion IAM integration across all Gcore products and services - this is a system that connects everything
• Adoption & Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption through clear documentation, reference flows, and examples for both customers and internal teams
• AI-Driven Product Development: Actively use AI tools to accelerate discovery, spec writing, prototyping, and collaboration with Engineering
