About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for QA services in gaming and IT markets
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (producers, QA leads, CTOs, studio heads)
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → negotiation → closing
- Represent the company at industry events (online and offline)
- Develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal QA teams to align services with market needs
- Contribute to market positioning and commercial strategy
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales in gaming, IT, or tech services
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and software development lifecycle
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Able to operate within EU time zones
