About the role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for QA services in gaming and IT markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (producers, QA leads, CTOs, studio heads)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → negotiation → closing
  • Represent the company at industry events (online and offline)
  • Develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal QA teams to align services with market needs
  • Contribute to market positioning and commercial strategy

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales in gaming, IT, or tech services
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and software development lifecycle
  • Existing industry network is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Able to operate within EU time zones
