About the role
- Manage and supervise the IT infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, ITSM platform, and services at cluster level.
- Develop, implement, maintain and sustain the IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with cluster stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate and control the implementation of new applications and system enhancements.
- Control IT budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Report on the progress of applications deployment, maintenance, software upgrades, operational issues.
- Provide and conduct cybersecurity culture guidance, including training and awareness programs for employees.
- Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure, systems, applications and services.
- Project management experience is required, PM certification is a plus.
- Experience with ERPs and other systems like but not limited to: SAP R3, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, ICG, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, POS systems, electronic invoice systems among others.
- Intermediate professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
