About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • RN or other relevant licensure in the state of Maryland
  • At least five (5) years of progressive clinical experience
  • At least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role
  • Additional education may be substituted for some experience
  • Substantial interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills to organize and oversee others’ work and develop and administer policies, procedures, budgets, and clinical practices
