Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
RN or other relevant licensure in the state of Maryland
At least five (5) years of progressive clinical experience
At least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role
Additional education may be substituted for some experience
Substantial interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills to organize and oversee others’ work and develop and administer policies, procedures, budgets, and clinical practices
