Remote Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Engineer role at GBH, a digital-focused software and consulting team.
Design, implement, and optimize ECM solutions to capture, organize, store, and deliver critical information efficiently to employees, shareholders, and clients.
Drive digital transformation and ensure seamless integration with electronic records systems.
Implement, configure, and optimize ECM solutions to support electronic records management (e.g., SIAF–RP) and integrate with business workflows, APIs, and enterprise services.
Optimize file storage for high-volume requirements and provide support across Development, Testing, Training, and Production environments.
Ensure compliance with information security standards (OWASP, AES-256 encryption, HMAC, digital signatures) and manage HA/DR across multi-site deployments.
Maintain end-to-end traceability and responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Data Networks & Communications, Statistics & Informatics, or related fields (or equivalent in the country of origin).
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in ECM solution implementation and/or electronic records management.
Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and On-Premises for document management and case/records administration.
Proven experience with business process integration, high-volume document repositories, and large user bases.
Proficiency with modern technology stacks: containers, REST/OpenAPI, event-driven architectures with Kafka, Oracle 19c.
Experience in frontend web and responsive development.
Knowledge of information security standards (OWASP, AES-256 encryption, HMAC, digital signatures).
Experience managing high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) across multi-site deployments.
Preferred: Advanced knowledge of document security, encryption standards, and experience leading ECM implementations in large organizations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
