About the role
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement.
- Build a strong understanding of key industry sectors and articulate how solutions deliver value to each market.
- Plan, execute, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly outbound sales campaigns to drive pipeline activity.
- Consistently meet or exceed agreed activity metrics and sales development targets.
- Collaborate closely with the New Business Sales team to support sector specific outreach campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a Sales Development Representative role or a similar sales focused background.
- Demonstrated success working in a target-driven, performance-oriented sales setting.
- Familiarity with technology based products or SaaS solutions is advantageous.
- Collaborative team player with experience contributing to the development of sales and marketing propositions.
- Highly detail oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
